When the children of Ammon, and Moab were coming against Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem (God’s chosen people) had to fight against them in battle. The Lord said to them in 2 Chronicles 20:17: “Ye shall not need to fight in this battle set yourselves, stand still and see the Salvation[saving or deliverance] of the Lord with you, fear not nor be dismayed [don’t be frightened], for the Lord will be with you.” The Lord set ambushes against the enemy, and they helped destroy one another.

Not only will the Lord be a Defensive Covering for you, but He will also bless your offspring. Your entire household and family will be blessed when you petition the Lord in Prayer.

We do not need to fight in any battle regardless of it’s intensity, because God is our defense; therefore when we Pray we can experience a complete turn around, going from Adversity, to Victory.
